Once the package is marked as 'delivered' on the tracking page, we are not responsible for misplaced or stolen packages.

Orders placed with an incorrect address will be charged an additional shipping fee to cover the cost of resending the parcel if the correct address is not provided before dispatch.

If parcel is stolen, please contact the mail theft department of the shipping company (postal system or courier) for further directions. We are not responsible for mail theft or vandalism.

We do not offer change of mind refunds or exchange. Refunds are only provided in the unlikely instance that the piece has been damaged in transit.
